Title: PM1 Generic Educational Specifications for Elementary/Middle/High Schools Recommendation:
I recommend the School Board approve the Generic Educational Specifications for Elementary, Middle and High Schools and authorize the Chairman and Superintendent to execute all related contract documents.
Description:
- The annual up-date of the Generic Educational Specifications is based upon new technology and innovations.
- For modernization of existing schools and other schools with a high concentration of special needs, additional teaching spaces may be provided to meet program capacity per the approval on January 21, 2003 of the Charter District Waiver.
Financial Impact:
Financial impact will be determined when each construction contract is negotiated.
