Title: Recommendation: I recommend the School Board approve the award of an Architectural Consultant Agreement with PGAL in the amount of $1,122,000 and auth Description: Architectural design services required for development of completed design documents necessary to construct an 119,668 GSF K-5 elementary school with 745 student stations and core facilities to accommodate 960 students. The design process shall incorporate consideration for the future addition of a 25,267 GSF, 330 student station classroom building to accommodate primary and intermediate program requirements. The existing school will be demolished followed by construction of the replacement school, play fields and related facilities in accordance with educational specifications approved by the Board on May 17, 2006. Approved Budget for Planning and Design: $1,147,781 Approved Budget for Construction: $18,897,459 Fees for Basic Services: $960,000.
