Title: CP4 Amend the CM Agreement for D.D. Eisenhower ES Recommendation:
I recommend the School Board approve an Amendment to the Construction Management at Risk Agreement to establish the Phase 2 Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for construction in the amount of $ 19,845,993.00. to James B. Pirtle Construction Co., Inc. for D.D. Eisenhower Elementary School, Project No. 1541-8352 and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all required documents.
Description: Construction Management at Risk Services required for construction of a 600 student capacity elementary school in accordance with the Educational Specifications approved by the Board on March 1, 2006.
