Title: CC1 Consultant Contract for Florida Atlantic University

Recommendation:
I recommend award of the consultant contract with Florida Atlantic University, for $49,000.00, effective October 23, 2006 through May 23, 2007, and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description: CC1 The Consultant shall perform the following services: Teach dual enrollment courses: teach two sections of Calculus II (MAC 2312) across two nine-week sessions, teach one section of Differential Equations (MAP 2302) across one nine-week session; and teach one section of Matrix Theory (MAS 2103) across two nine-week sessions.

Authorized Amount this Request: $49,000.00

Previously Authorized Amount Year-to-Date: $209,000.00

Total Authorized Amount if Request Approval: $258,000.00
