Title: CC2 Consultant Contract for Bonnie Valdes Consulting Services, Inc.

Recommendation:
I recommend award of the consultant contract with Bonnie Valdes Consulting Services, Inc., for $3,500.00, effective October 23, 2006 through October 25, 2006, and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description: CC2 The Consultant shall perform the following services: CRISS Training (Creating Individual Student Strategies)  The consultant will be providing a two day in-service workshop on lesson planning using CRISS strategies.  Staff have already been trained in principles and philosophy of CRISS during preschool.

Authorized Amount this Request: $3,500.00

Previously Authorized Amount Year-to-Date: $35,000.00

Total Authorized Amount if Request Approval: $38,500.00
