Title: CC3 Consultant Contract for Smile Youth Services, Inc. Writing Program

Recommendation:
I recommend award of the consultant contract with Smile Youth Services, Inc., for $250.00, December 12, 2006, and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description: CC3 The Consultant shall perform the following services: Train teachers in the implementation of the Smile writing program.
