Title: CC10 Consultant Contract for Accelleran LLC

Recommendation:
I recommend award of the consultant contract with Accelleran LLC. for $11,000.00 effective October 1, 2006 through June 30, 2007, and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description: CC10 The Consultant shall perform the following services: The consultant will introduce the children to basic computer game programming and design concepts and will also bring alive learning based academic activities covering objectives such as: character/plot development, story-boarding and problem solving.  Upon completion of each workshop students will have an executable version of their game, which will be theirs to keep.

Previously Authorized Amount Year-to-Date: $4,000.00

Total Authorized Amount if Request Approval: $15,000.00
