Title: CC11 Consultant Contract for Mr. Mike Raffone, Inc.

Recommendation:
I recommend award of the consultant contract with Mr. Mike Raffone, Inc. for $22,500.00 effective October 1, 2006 through June 30, 2007, and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description: CC11 The Consultant shall perform the following services: Consultant will provide a variety of activities including: Brain Game, a program designed to help students learn curriculum based information; Star Studio, a program designed to help students create their own compact discs through karaoke sound tracts; DJ Dance, with special effects; & a Design Your Own Photo T-Shirt activity.

Total Authorized Amount if Request Approval: $25,000.00
