Title: CC3 Consultant Contract for The Kitchen Witch LLC

Recommendation:
I recommend award of the consultant contract with The Kitchen Witch LLC for $13,000.00, effective October 1, 2006 through June 30, 2007, and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description: CC3 The Consultant shall perform the following services: This program will cover the magical, mystical world of cooking and includes delicious and nutritious recipes along with lessons in nutrition, sanitation and culinary math.  Students will learn how to follow recipes, use kitchen tools properly and enjoy the fruits of their labor.

Total Authorized Amount if Request Approval: $15,100.00
