Title: CC5 Consultant Contract for Michael Winters

Recommendation:
I recommend award of the consultant contract with Michael Winters for $12,000.00, effective October 1, 2006 through June 30, 2007, and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description: CC5 The Consultant shall perform the following services: Consultant will instruct students in the fundamentals of performing a variety of magic tricks using everyday objects such as: coins, cards, dollar bills, paper clips and pencils.  The emphasis will be on having fun and developing an ability to entertain family and friends.  Consultant also performs a magic show with student participation.

Total Authorized Amount if Request Approval: $13,700.00
