Title: CC9 Consultant Contract for Lory Mills, Inc., d/b/a Celebration Cake Design

Recommendation:
I recommend award of the consultant contract with Lory Mills, Inc. d/b/a Celebration Cake Design for $31,800.00 effective October 1, 2006 through June 30, 2007, and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description: CC9 The Consultant shall perform the following services: This program contains four unique hands on activities and instructions: cake decorating; face painting; T-Shirt design which includes designing and decorating T-Shirts for students to keep; and various pre-designed projects such as: foil art, paint by number, and creating sun catchers.
