Title: Hiring of Outside Consultant

Recommendation:

I recommend award of the Consultant Agreement in the amount of $40,000.00 to Liberty Diagnostics, LLC d/b/a LBDG and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description:

The consultant shall perform the following services:  Review, analyze, and evaluate construction Manager At Risk Contract Documents and Architect Contract Documents; visit various school sites to evaluate whether design and construction are in accordance with Contract Documents; and provide School District with written findings.

Financial Impact:
$40,000 from the General Fund.
