Title: Explusion of Student 06/07-X-003

Recommendation:

I recommend the Board expel student 06/07-X-003 from the regular public school program of The School District of Palm Beach County for one (1) calendar year.  On August 28, 2006, student 06/07-X-003 was Possession/use of drugs/imitation drugs 2^nd possession; (1^st possession was on September 12, 2005) while on the campus of Boca Raton Community High School.  I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.
