Title: Expulsion of Student 06/07-X-009

Recommendation:

I recommend the Board expel student 06/07-X-009 from the regular public school program of The School District of Palm Beach County for one (1) calendar year.  On September 12, 2006, student 06/07-X-009 was in possession of Marijuana with the Intent to Sell while on the campus of Palm Beach Gardens High School. I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.
