Title: CC 3 Consultant Contract for Black Hills Consulting

Recommendation:
I recommend award of the consultant contract with Black Hills Consulting for $96,800.00, effective October 1, 2006 through December 31, 2006, and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description: CC 3 The Consultant, Mike Guay, shall perform the following services: PeopleSoft Project stabilization and project architect services.
