Title: CC2 Amendment for EBS Healthcare

Recommendation:
I recommend award of the Amendment with EBS Healthcare for $63,000.00, through June 5, 2007, and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description: CC2 The Amendment for EBS Healthcare is to increase the amount of the current contract approved by the Board September 27, 2006 by $63,000, for a grand total of $143,000, to pay for additional Speech Pathologists which was also approved in Amendment One of the current contract.
