Title: CC7 Consultant Contract for PlayImage, Inc.

Recommendation:
I recommend award of the Consultant Contract with PlayImage, Inc. for $144,000.00, effective November 22, 2006 through June 30, 2007, and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description: CC 7 The Consultant shall perform the following services:  PlayImage personnel will provide professional broadcast production expertise, guidance and training to standardize operations within The Education Network (T.E.N.).  Consultant will develop and standardize procedures  and processes necessary to strengthen infrastructure, program development and technology utilization, in alignment with the District's approved capital projects, enabling T.E.N. to address the needs of our schools and communities.

Authorized Amount this Request: $144,000.00

Previously Authorized Amount Year-to-Date: $9,500.00

Total Authorized Amount if Request Approval: $153,500.00
