Title: PM3 Project Modifications for Royal Palm

Recommendation:

I recommend the School Board ratify Project Modifications for the addition of 262 consecutive calendar days and the amount of $30,000.00 for Royal Palm School, Additions & HVAC Project #1801-8357, and authorize the Chairman and Superintendent to execute all related contract documents.

Description:

Royal Palm School – Additions & HVAC Project #1801-8357

 

This project modification contains the following item:

 

  • CCD #2 in the amount of $30,000.00 for the addition of 262 consecutive calendar days.
  • Description:  Relocate chiller plant
  • Cause:  School District Requested.
  • Justification:  This relocation was necessary to better accommodate the replacement school, in lieu of the previous alterations and additions.

Financial Impact:

The financial impact to the Project's Budget is $30,000.00

 

The source of funds is the project budget as approved by the Board at the time of the Construction Contract Award.
