Title: PM5 Project Modifications for Crystal Lakes Elementary

Recommendation:

I recommend the School Board ratify Project Modifications in the amount of $15,204.00 for Crystal Lakes Elementary School, Class Size Reduction & HVAC Project #2121-8356, and authorize the Chairman and Superintendent to execute all related contract documents.

Description:

Crystal Lakes Elementary School – Class Size Reduction & HVAC Project #2121-8356

  

This project modification contains the following item:

 

  • CCD #1 in the amount of $15,204.00
  • Description:  Provide and install Carrier sound reduction package
  • Cause:  School District Requested.
  • Justification:  The sound reduction enhancement to the chiller enclosure is needed because of the equipment close proximity to local residential units.

Financial Impact:

The financial impact to the Project's Budget is $15,204.00

 

The source of funds is the project budget as approved by the Board at the time of the Construction Contract Award.
