Title: PM6 Project Modifications for Sandpiper Shores Elementary Recommendation:
I recommend the School Board ratify Project Modifications in the amount of $12,669.00 for Sandpiper Shores Elementary School, Class Size Reduction & HVAC Project #1961-8355, and authorize the Chairman and Superintendent to execute all related contract documents.
Description:
Sandpiper Shores Elementary School – Class Size Reduction & HVAC Project #1961-8355
This project modification contains the following item:
- CCD #1 in the amount of $12,669.00
- Description: Provide and install Carrier Sound reduction package in the chillers.
- Cause: School District Requested.
- Justification: The sound reduction enhancement to the chiller enclosure is needed because of the equipment close proximity to local residential units.
Financial Impact:
The financial impact to the Project's Budget is $12,669.00
The source of funds is the project budget as approved by the Board at the time of the Construction Contract Award.
