Title: CC1 Consultant Contract for New Dimensions Technology Corp.

Recommendation:
I recommend award of the Consultant Contract with New Dimensions Technology Corp. for $66,000.00, effective November 22, 2006 through February 28, 2007, and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description: CC 1 The Consultant shall perform the following services: Provide assistance with Management and day-to-day activities and Project Management for Information Processing Application Services to fill resource gaps.
