Title: Expulsion of Student 06/07-X-006

Recommendation:

I recommend the Board expel student 06/07-X-006 from the regular public school program of The School District of Palm Beach County for one (1) calendar year.  On April 12, 2005, student 06/07-X-006 was in possession/use of drugs/imitation drugs (2^nd possession was on March 30, 2006 while on the campus of Hanes Middle school) 1^st possession was on April 12, 2005 while on the campus of Kennedy Learning Center.  I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.
