Title: Continued Phase I support of the ERP Project from eVerge Group, Inc.

Recommendation:
I recommend that the School Board approve Amendment 2 to Change Order #1 for continued support services from eVerge Group, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $329,064.

Description:

Specific individuals from the eVerge team have been identified with the assistance of Mike Guay to provide continued support of the ERP Project.

This schedule is through December 31, 2006.

eVerge Group, Inc. has agreed to reduce the hourly rates from the original Phase I fees.

Financial Impact:
The financial impact to the ERP Project is not to exceed $329,064 and will come out of the $850,000 budget approved on October 11, 2006.
