Title: CP1 Amend the CM Agreement for Santaluces High Academy Classroom Addition Recommendation:
I recommend the School Board approve an Amendment to the Construction Management at Risk Agreement to establish the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for construction in the amount of $ 6,147,234.83. to Pavarini Construction Co. (SE), Inc. for Santaluces High School Academy, Project No. 1611-8228 and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all required documents.
Description: Construction Management at Risk Services required for remodeling of existing facility space necessary to construct a 222 student station academy in accordance with the Educational Specifications approved by the Board on October 20, 2004.
