Title: RE-8 Approve Amendment To Site Specific Memorandum/Seacrest Campus Recommendation:
I recommend the School Board approve an amendment to the Site Specific Memorandum to Master Lease Agreement/Gift Agreement respecting construction and placement of Tele-communications Facilities at the Seacrest Campus; approve Amendment to Communication Tower Removal Agreement; and authorize the Superintendent and Chairman to sign all necessary documents.

On July 9, 1996, the School District entered into a Site Specific Memorandum to a Master Lease Agreement/Gift Agreement respecting the construction and placement of telecommunications facilities and with Sprint Spectrum L.P. located at the Seacrest Campus (Old Atlantic High School). (See Exhibit 1).
- On June 16, 1997, the School District entered into a Tower Removal Agreement with Sprint Spectrum L.P. located at the Seacrest Campus. (See Exhibit 2).
- The agreements incorrectly encumber the entire site of the Seacrest Campus.
- Approval of the amended agreements will reduce the site encumbrance to only the leased premises and the access road.
