Architectural design services required to complete permitted design documents in accordance with educational specifications approved by the Board on September 20, 2006 for
construction of  a 76,185 gross square foot addition including instructional and support spaces, administration/student services, media center and foodservice/dining. Student capacity will be increased from 750 to 960 students.

Estimated Budget for Construction:                             $14,406,750
 
Fee for Basic Services: $790,000.
Fee for extended Construction Administration through January 15, 2009: $25,000.
Total Fee: $815,000.   
 
Funds Available For:
Condition assessment of remaining structures: $25,000.
Additional Services approved by the owner: $80,000.
Reimbursable Expenses approved by the Owner: $40,000.
Total Contract Award: $960,000.
