Title: CC13 Consultant Contract for Joan A. Collette

Recommendation:
I recommend award of the Consultant Contract with Joan A. Collette  for $22,400.00, effective December 14, 2006 through May 31, 2007, and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description: CC13 The Consultant shall perform the following services: Director of Timber Trace Power to Read Volunteer program.  Including  Phono-Graphix training, volunteer recruitment, student testing and administrative duties.  Liaison between staff, Read America Inc. and tutors.  Hands on Phono-Graphix tutoring.  Coordinating partnerships with the Raymond Foundation and Pratt Whitney West Palm Beach

Authorized Amount this Request:  $22,400.00

Previously Authorized Amount Year-to-Date:  $10,000.00

Total Authorized Amount if Request Approval: $32,400.00
