Title: CC14 Consultant Contract for Jimilynn Taylor dba Project Dance Contract

Recommendation:
I recommend award of the Consultant Contract with Jimilynn Taylor d/b/a Project Dance for $5,000 effective December 14, 2006 through May 31, 2007, and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description: CC14 The Consultant shall perform the following services: Provide instruction to students in area of Dance and/or Cheerleading.

Previously Authorized Amount Year-to-Date:   $7,300.00

Total Authorized Amount if Request Approval: $12,300.00
