Title: PM3 Project Modifications for Okeeheelee Middle

Recommendation:

I recommend the School Board ratify Project Modifications in the amount of $57,111.00 for Okeeheelee Middle School, Additions & Remodeling Project #2151-8307, and authorize the Chairman and Superintendent to execute all related contract documents.

Description:

 

Okeeheelee Middle School – Additions & Remodeling Project #2151-8307

 

This project modification contains the following item:

 

  • CCD #1 in the amount of $57,111.00.
  • Description:  Relocate bike rack, install temporary sidewalk, and temporary fencing to provide separation between the school and the classroom addition construction area.
  • Cause:  School District Requested
  • Justification:  The work needs to be completed prior to the demolition of the portables.  Portable demolition will occur prior to approval of the GMP.

Financial Impact:

The Financial Impact to the Project’s Budget is $57,111.00.

 

The source of funds is the project budget as approved by the Board at the time of the Construction Contract Award.
