						 Title: PM5 Project Modifications for Panther Run Elementary Recommendation: 
I recommend the School Board approve Project Modifications in the amount of $4,505.00 for Panther Run Elementary School, Classroom Addition Project #2161-8378, and authorize the Chairman and Superintendent to execute all related contract documents.  
Description:   
Panther Run Elementary School – Classroom Addition Project #2161-8378  
  
This project modification contains the following item: 
  
- Additional Architectural Services in the amount of $4,505.00. 
 - Description:  Provide Architectural services for design and engineering for added scope to additions and HVAC remodeling. 
 - Cause:  School District Requested 
 - Justification:  The scope of work has been modified to include: a) Add three (3) doorways with card access in the Administration Building. b) Add multi-media (audio enhancement) infrastructure and minor renovations in Buildings #2, #3, #4, and #5.
   
Financial Impact: 
The Financial Impact to the Project’s Budget is $4,505.00. 
  
The source of funds is the project budget as approved by the Board at the time of the Construction Contract Award.
