Title: CC1 New Dimensions Technology Corporation

Recommendation:
I recommend approval of the Consultant Agreement with New Dimensions Technology Corporation and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description:

The consultant will provide on-going Phase 1 ERP Support in the area of technical assisstance with PeopleSoft Financial Bundles Support and System Administrative Support.

The term of Agreement is December 7, 2006 - January 26, 2007

Financial Impact:

The financial impact to the ERP Project is not to exceed $30,720 and will come out of the $850,000 budget approved on October 11, 2006.  This consultant has previously been authorized $66,000 for non ERP related services and will total $96,720 if this request is approved.
