Title: CC2 PS GoLive, LLC.

Recommendation:
I recommend approval of the Consultant Agreement with PS GoLive, LLC and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description:

The consultant will provide on-going Phase 1 ERP Support in the area of  PeopleSoft Benefits Consulting.

The term of Agreement is November 20, 2006 - December 22, 2006.

Financial Impact:
The financial impact is not to exceed $26,460 and will come out of the $850,000 budget approved on October 11, 2006.
