Recommendation:
I recommend approval of the Consultant Agreement with Heather D. Gossard and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description:

The consultant will provide on-going Phase 1 ERP Support in the area of change management, training, communication and help desk assisstance.

The term of Agreement is November 1, 2006 - December 31, 2006

Financial Impact:
The financial impact to the ERP Project is not to exceed $17,000 and will come out of the $850,000 budget approved on October 11, 2006.
