Title: Expulsion of Student 06/07-X-045

Recommendation:
I recommend the Board expel student 06/07-X-045 from the regular public school program of The School District of Palm Beach County for one (1) calendar year.  On November 2, 2006, student 06/07-X-045 committed battery/aggravated battery on School Board employee, committed verbal assault on School Board Employee and was in possession of a knife while on the campus of Lake Worth High School.  I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.
