Title: Recommendation: I recommend that based on satisfactory performance during the past contract period, it is recommended that the RFP for District-Wide HVAC Filter Replacement Services/Preventive Maintenance Air Handler Services be renewed with Precision Air Systems, Inc. for the period February 19, 2007 through February 18, 2008. Description: P2 Approve the renewal of contract 04C-006JZ awarded as a result of RFP for District-Wide HVAC Filter Replacement Services/Preventative Maintenance Air- Handler Services · Request for Proposal No. 04C-006JZ was awarded by Board action on February 18, 2004, to Precision Air Systems, Inc. for three year(s) from February 19, 2004 through February 18, 2007 with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods. · The first option to renew will be exercised for the period February 19, 2007 through February 18, 2008. · Precision Air System, Inc. has agreed to honor terms, conditions and pricing of existing contract for the forthcoming contract period. · Items to be purchased include filter replacement services/preventive maintenance air handler services.
