Title: CC 11 Consultant Contract for Ian Cameron

Recommendation:
I recommend award of the Consultant Contract with Ian Cameron for $112,000 effective January 25, 2007 through June 30, 2007, and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description: CC11 Lend expert assistance to the Facilities Management Division to implement the newly purchased Tririga Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) System.  Co-lead the District's CAFM Project team and supervise the implementation contractor, IBM Global Services.  Instruct, provide examples to and supervise District personnel in detailed implementation tasks.

Previously Authorized Amount Year-to-Date:  $10,000.00

Total Authorized Amount if this Request Approved:  $122,000.00
