Title: CC2 Consultant Contract for Alcalde & Fay, Ltd.

Recommendation:
I recommend award of the Consultant Contract with Alcalde & Fay, Ltd. for $74,400 per year not to exceed $223,200 for a three year period effective March 1, 2007 through February 28, 2010, and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description: CC2 Consultant shall perform the following services: Advise and inform the District concerning Federal legislation.  Work with the District to obtain funding for special projects.
