Title: CC5 Consultant Contract for Glass Productions

Recommendation:
I recommend award of the Consultant Contract with Glass Productions for $8,700  effective January 25, 2007 through May 25, 2007, and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description: CC5 Consultant shall perform the following services: Entertainment for SACC program, PDD days and end of year - "What's the Deal" program, "Big Day Bash" program, and "Black Light Dance Party".

Authorized Amount this Request:      $8,700.00

Previously Authorized Amount Year-to-Date:   $89,900.00

Total Authorized Amount if this Request Approved:  $98,600.00
