Title: CC6 Consultant Contract for Barbara Cox-Gerlock, Ph.D.

Recommendation:
I recommend award of the Consultant Contract with Barbara Cox-Gerlock, Ph.D. for $15,000 effective January 25, 2007 through May 31, 2007 and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description: CC6 Consultant shall perform the following services: Coordination with community agencies; plan implementation of Success in Stages, a preventions program to change problem behaviors while strengthening positive behaviors; staff and Behavioral Health Professional training in Educational Enhancement Groups; development of social and emotional resources on department website.
