Title: PM3 Project Modifications for Elbridge Gale Recommendation:
I recommend the School Board ratify Project Modifications in the credit amount of ($10,321.00) for Elbridge Gale Elementary School (02-U), Design/Build Project #3361-8289, and authorize the Chairman and Superintendent to execute all related contract documents.
Description: Elbridge Gale Elementary School (02-U) – Design/Build Project #3361-8289
This project modification contains the following item:
- CCD #1 in the credit amount of ($10,321.00).
- Description: Credit for small Marquee Sign to be applied towards purchase of an electronic Marquee Sign.
- Cause: School District Requested.
- Justification: The school’s Administrator has opted to upgrade the standard monument type marquee to one with an electronic format.
Financial Impact:
The financial impact to the Project's Budget is ($10,321.00).
The source of funds is the project budget as approved by the Board at the time of the Construction Contract Award.
