Title: PM8 South Bus Compound Ancillary Specification

Recommendation:

I recommend the School Board approve the Ancillary Specification for the addition to the South Bus Compound and authorize the Chairman and Superintendent to execute all related contract documents.

Description:

1. The addition to the South Bus Compound is scheduled to commence 2007 and be completed by 2008 according to the proposed FY 2007-11 Five-Year Plan. 

2. The Ancillary Specification was reviewed by the Director of the Transportation Department.

Financial Impact:

Financial impact will be determined when each construction contract is negotiated.
