Title: William Rizzo and Tracy Smith-State Science Teachers of the Year

Description: William Rizzo, a teacher at Seminole Trails Elementary School, has been named 2006 Elementary School Science Teacher of the year by the Florida Association of Science Teachers (FAST.)  Tracy Smith, a teacher at the Bak Middle School of the Arts, has been named 2006 Middle School Science Teacher of the Year by FAST.   The Outstanding Teacher Awards are designed to recognize the significant contributions of teachers to science education.
