Title: CC3 Consultant Contract for Universal System Technologies

Recommendation:
I recommend award of Consultant contract with Universal System Technologies for $182,000 through June 30, 2007 and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description: CC3 Consultant shall perform the following services: Provide functional assistance with PeopleSoft Payroll, Benefits and Time & Labor Support.
