Title: CC7 Consultant Contract for Pro Business Solutions LLC

Recommendation:
I recommend award of consultant contract with Pro Business Solutions LLC for $145,000 through June 30, 2007 and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description: CC7 Consultant shall perform the following services: PeopleSoft Version 8.9, Accounts Payable, Vendors and P-Card.
