Title: CC9 Consultant Contract Amendment for Roy K. Childers

Recommendation:
I recommend award of consultant contract amendment with Roy K. Childers for $31,360 through March 31, 2007 and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description: CC9 Changes made to the agreement are as follows:
Extension of Consultant Contract for Roy K. Childers to March 31, 2007.  Contract total hours of 448 at $70.00 per hour - not to exceed total amount of $31,360.
