						 Title: CP-3 Amend the CM Agreement for Boynton Beach High Academy Recommendation: 
I recommend the School Board approve an Amendment to the Construction Management at Risk Agreement to establish the Final Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for construction in the amount of $8,841,030 to Pavarini Construction Company for Boynton Beach Academy, Project No. 2361-8228 and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all required documents.    
Description: Construction Management at Risk Services required for construction of new and renovated space for 129 student stations for academy students of vocal/chorus, dance and theatrical programs including a black box theater.
