Title: Recommendation: I recommend the School Board approve an Agreement for Construction Management at Risk Services and Preconstruction Phase Fee in the amount of $30,320. to W.G. Mills, Inc., and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all required documents for Pre-Construction fees for Pahokee Stadium Project, Project No. 1771-8275. Description: Construction Management at Risk Services required for construction of a football stadium, track and related facilities. Construction will include bleachers, press box, ticket booths, concession building, restrooms, football field, running track, track and field equipment, lighting, irrigation, parking and fencing. This Project was originally bid in conjunction with Boca Raton High Stadium and was to be awarded to Centex Construction.
