Title: CC1 Consultant Contract for Counseling and Educational Consulting, Inc.

Recommendation:
I recommend award of the consultant contract with Counseling and Educational Consulting, Inc. for $15,000 effective February 22, 2007 through March 30, 2008 and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description: The Consultant shall perform the following services: Evaluate the objectives specifically outlined in Emergency Management and Crisis Response Grant awarded to the School District by the U.S. Department of Education.  Consultant shall review, analyze, and report on all process level data collected for the project.  The consultant will work with the Project Coordinator on the development of the assessment/accreditation tool and its implementation.  The final product will be a written report prepared by the consultant to be submitted to the U.S. Department of Education as required by the grant.
