Title: CC2 Consultant Contract for American Red Cross

Recommendation:
I recommend the award of a consultant contract with The American Red Cross for $50,977 effective March 1, 2007 through February 29, 2008 and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description: The Consultant shall perform the following services: Assist with the completion of the objectives of the Cooperative Agreement for HIV education from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) Cooperative Agreement #U87/CCU422606-05.
