Title: CC4 Amendment for New Dimensions Technology Corp.

Recommendation:
I recommend the award of an amendment to the consultant contract with New Dimensions Technology Corp. for $88,000 effective February 28, 2007 through June 30, 2007 and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description: Changes made to the Agreement are as follows:
Amend contract to increase an additional $88,000.
Increase an additional 800 hours. 
Extend the contract term from February 28, 2007 to June 30, 2007.
Scope of Services: Additional services include providing Systems Analysis and Project Management Services to improve Student Information Systems, as well as CAFM integration with PeopleSoft.
